Major Hoops Basketball Logo – Marsuno
Here is a logo I did for Major Hoops Basketball, based out of Long Beach, California. MHB’s purpose is to guide student athletes towards higher education via their athletic program. I was approached by Founder/Head Coach, Joe day, about the project a few weeks back. The Organization’s complimentary color scheme lent itself quite easily to the concept of the logo. My client was looking to showcase the foundation’s commitment to excellence and I figured a badge was the best way to do it. Not only is the badge a symbol of courage but it perfectly portrays the organization’s goal as a whole.
This project took me approximately 4 contact sheets worth of logos each having about 20 logos, or so each. I enjoyed this project very much, seeing as it wasn’t your typical “Corporate” logo.
